• Prohibition of Bribery: We prohibit the offering, giving, receiving, or solicitation of any bribe, whether cash or other inducement, to or from any person or organisation, including public officials, private individuals, or companies. 
• Gifts and Hospitality: We recognise that gifts, hospitality, and entertainment can be used improperly to influence business decisions. Therefore, we maintain strict guidelines and procedures governing the giving and receiving of gifts and hospitality. 
• Risk Assessment: We conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate bribery and corruption risks within our operations, supply chains, and business relationships. 
• Training and Awareness: We provide training and resources to our employees and business partners to ensure awareness and understanding of our anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures. 
• Reporting and Investigation: We encourage employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption promptly. Reports will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our disciplinary procedures and legal obligations. 
• Continuous Improvement: We regularly review and update our policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they remain effective in preventing bribery and corruption.
